Spring Break Fun!

We spent the first part of Spring break visiting my high school friend, Anna.  Only the girls and I went so the guys had some quality time at home.  We played at the park, got pedicures, did some quilting and let the girls play all day long.  Poor Abby was so sick though.  She ended up with an ear infection and a fever for a lot of the trip :(.  When we got home we went to the Waterpark in McMinneville, Or.  It is water tubes coming out of a 747 airplane 5 stories up on top of a building.  So cool!

Easter Memories

I love this time of year!  It feels like such a time of gratitude and light.  I think these feelings are magnified because of the NW climate!  We look forward to more light and brightness with weather changes that we hope springtime will bring :)  As we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior, I am ever more grateful for the light His example and love brings to my life. Family traditions are so much fun as the kids get older and remind us of how much they look forward to the holidays and all the funny little things we do to celebrate.  Easter morning brings a fun hunt for their baskets to see what the Easter Bunny brought.  Each year He seems to find harder places to hide them...
